About Me

I’m Fleur, a biologist-turned-teacher with a background in plant biology and sustainable agriculture. Throughout my studies and early career, I found myself drawn more and more to relational work—supporting people one-on-one through one of life’s most remarkable natural processes: reproduction.

Combining this passion with a love of nutrition and caring for people in recovery, I found my way into the birth world. Holistic health is at the core of my philosophy; I believe headspace, diet, movement, and rest are all central to your wellbeing, especially during pregnancy and the postpartum period. My goal is to support you in keeping these pieces in balance.

I bring a calm and grounding presence, offering informational support when you’re looking for direction, emotional support when you’re feeling unsure, and physical support to improve your comfort. I aim to support your growing family in whatever way is needed. As your doula, I don’t want you worrying about something for more than five minutes—I’m either there in real time, or just a text, call, or email away.

These seasons can feel uncertain, and decisions often unfold moment by moment. Having a supportive guide to share knowledge and lighten the load can make all the difference!
