Aromatherapy for home or hospital birth
During labour, environment becomes crucial. Smell is one of the most powerful ways to feel grounded, calm, and at home — even in a hospital room.
I made these felt diffusers for my birth clients because electric diffusers aren’t allowed in the hospital. Felt holds scent beautifully for hours, and is easy to toss in your bag when its time to go.
Importantly, they don’t have to go to waste post-birth! Hang it from your car dash or in the nursery to keep your space smelling fresh.
